Yap International Wins Major VoIP Deal

Representaciones Gorbea, S.A. (RGSA) has a major presence in the region. RGSA has entered into an exclusive contractual agreement with the second largest carrier in the region for 200,000 VoIP units to be deployed throughout Guatemala in 2005. The contract represents in excess of $52,000,000 USD and Yap International expects that its products will comprise the largest share of the order. RGSA is also the exclusive representative for Level 3 (Nasdaq:LVLT) in Central America.

On the African continent VoIP services will be deployed in Ghana, Mauritius, Senegal, Sierra Leone and Tanzania, representing a population in excess of 73.9 million.
