Xantek, Inc. announced today the establishment of a new Hosted PBX service for small businesses. Hosted PBX can provide call attendant service, call routing, call queueing, voicemail, after hours service, and a host of other features.
Until recently, a PBX (Private Branch Exchange) system for a small business required the installation of expensive switching hardware; and, in many cases, special types of telephones that would work only with the proprietary PBX system.
Hosted PBX's, on the other hand, run on a hosting server at the Xantek facility, and allow a small business to set up a complete office telephone system, with extensions at every work station, and a completely customizable call routing plan, at an affordable cost.
