WinSonic Digital Media Group Selects Level 3 to Assist in Build Out of Nationwide Digital26 January 2005
WinSonic Digital Media Group, Ltd. (OTCBB: WDMG-News: www.winsonic.net) today announced an agreement under which Level 3 Communications, Inc will assist WinSonic in the build out and maintenance of its nationwide VOIP, Multimedia, Video, Audio, and Digital TV network. WinSonic, a facilities-based application network provider, has entered into an agreement in which Level 3 will provide WinSonic with private room collocation services in Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, and NYC. The collocation facilities will contain equipment that enables WinSonic to operate its wavelengths-based network. Level 3 technicians will help support and maintain the nationwide network, called WinSonic Digital Cable Systems Network (WDCSN).

Network support services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days of the year. This agreement gives WinSonic the ability to offer the benefits of a reliable, cost effective network with 24/7 staff dedicated to meeting customers needs.

The agreement with Level 3 will allow WinSonic to offer out-of-franchise products as well as services to the Regional Bell Operating Phone Companies, Cable Carriers, secure Wide Area and Local Area network facilities and solutions to large corporations, governmental agencies, municipalities, health care facilities and educational institutions.
