Wicom Forms Partnership with Infonet to Distribute Wicom Contact Center1 February 2005
Wicom Communications, the leading European provider of IP contact center and enterprise communications solutions, and Infonet Services Corporation (NYSE: IN), a leader in managed network communications services, have signed a global partnership agreement. Infonet will distribute and support the Wicom Contact Center solution worldwide. The partners will initially be focusing on the European market, offering VoIP technology to international companies with multi-sited contact centers. Amongst Infonet’s existing customers are Bayer AG, Deloitte & Touche, Ericsson, Hilton International, Nestlé, SmithKline Beecham and Volkswagen.
