VoxBox World Telecom Inc. Signs Agreement With Gulf Coast Wireless to Provide Next-Gen VoIP Solution to Thier Customer Base

VoxBox World Telecom Inc. (OTC: VXBX) today
announces it has finalized an agreement with Gulf Coast Wireless to provide
VoIP services to its customer base. The relationship with Gulf Coast is
expected to provide VoxBox with a considerable revenue generating
partnership.

"This agreement will significantly accelerate our growth projections in the
US market," said Ray Prescott, President and CEO of VoxBox World Telecom,
Inc. "Gulf Coast Wireless has several large projects on the drawing board
and we are excited to be partnering with them in providing our VoIP
solution. This, coupled with our recent announcement with Macro
Communications, provides us with considerable market penetration even
before our official US service launch this quarter."
