VoxBox World Telecom in Discussions to Execute Agreements With Potential Partners and Dealers for Asia VoIP Market

VoxBox World Telecom, Inc. (OTC: VXBX) today announces it has entered into discussions with potential partners for deployment of VoxBox in the Asia Pacific region. Specifically, the company has recently begun entertaining dealer opportunities in Malaysia. The company plans to complete significant revenue producing agreements for reseller arrangements, dealerships and partnerships in Asia Pacific market shortly.

The Asia Pacific Region including China, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Japan, etc. is a vast market that is adopting technology at a rapid pace. As these countries increase their internet and broadband usage, the opportunity for VoIP becomes tremendous.

Analyses of the Asian VoIP market cite its eager adoption of IP telephony and impressive capacity for future growth. Telecom.Asia reports that VoIP traffic is projected to virtually double every year until reaching approximately 250 billion minutes by 2006, generating revenue of nearly $15 billion. Up to 90 percent of international voice traffic today is sent over the Internet for at least part of the transmission.
