Customers can also set up what is known as a virtual number. Virtual numbers are inexpensive secondary numbers that ring to your primary line. Customers simply select a phone number with an available area code from Canada, US, Mexico and select European countries. This allows loved ones from these local areas to call Vonage customers for the price of a local call.
