Vonage Canada names Don OLeary vice president Finance29 December 2004
Mr. O'Leary's mandate is to ensure Vonage Canada maintains the highest
possible levels of financial performance and operational efficiency. He will
oversee every aspect of Vonage Canada's financial management, business
planning, legal, human resources, facilities and office management.

over the Internet to Canadian consumers and small businesses. As competition
intensifies among providers of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Don's
financial expertise will help ensure that Vonage Canada can continue to
provide Canadians with an unbeatable service at the lowest possible price,"
said Bill Rainey.
Don was most recently Chief Financial Officer of a leading venture
capital funded software solutions provider, where he played a key role in
restructuring the company, re-shaping its financial business model, attracting
venture capital funding, and directing all aspects of its financial management
and operations.
Prior to that, Don held increasingly responsible financial management
positions at consulting firms Ernst & Young and Marsh & McLennan, technology
leader CAE Inc., and mining conglomerate Sherritt International Corporation.
