VoIP Inc and Acts Communications Inc Sign Virtual Service Provider contract19 December 2004
R. Michael Buehler, founder and CEO of ACTS WorldVoice, has seventeen years of telecom marketing experience. Over the years he has developed three separate companies to serve the latest emerging opportunities, which due to their timely entry into the marketplace, rapid expansion and high return on investment, became very successful companies. Approximately eighteen months ago, Mr. Buehler began an in-depth study into the latest technology, Voice over Internet Protocol or VoIP and Wireless Fidelity or WiFi. Within a short period of time it became apparent that the communications industry was about to transcend to a new level. Through his research, Mr. Buehler found that virtually all companies proclaiming to be on the crest of this new wave of VoIP Technology, fell short of delivering anything close to their promises.
Only a few of the companies entering this new frontier will survive the coming years of practical application, and their backbones will be tested to either a point of success or failure. One company stands out as a serious contender, VoIP Solutions or VoIP Inc of Fort Lauderdale Florida. Mr. Buehler discovered this company in its early stages during March of 2004. ACTS WorldVoice immediately began testing the equipment and network solutions as they were being introduced. The founder of VoIP Inc, Mr. Steven Ivester made big promises and laid out very aggressive timelines for delivering critical elements of the overall "turn key" solutions package every serious marketing company would find essential to succeed in this new marketplace. Over the months to come, strong leadership from within the company began to emerge, thus shoring up these claims. Persons such as Clive Raines, President of International Operations are "straight to the point" and have delivered on what they promised. Support personnel like Francisco Laboy and numerous others are poised to follow up on every aspect of the VoIP Solutions platform. Furthermore, the hardware and systems testing has resulted in zero percent failure since March 2004.
Concluding a sixteen month investigation of more than thirty VoIP companies, ACTS WorldVoice has chosen VoIP Solutions as the primary solutions provider of VoIP products and service for their market roll out beginning January 2005. ACTS WorldVoice utilizes a unique marketing approach that provides the highest level of products and services in the communications industry while integrating a cause related marketing approach that will address the nation's charitable community. Mr. Buehler has been developing the ACTS concept and family of companies for the past eleven years and is committed to developing strategic alliances rather than vendor relations. By joining the two company's proven methodologies together, ACTS WorldVoice is confident that over the next three years both companies will be recognized among the top leaders in the VoIP market. ACTS WorldVoice has a goal of 1,000,000 VoIP customers and 50,000 "HotSpots" by the end of 2007. Mr. Buehler can be reached for comment at 877.444.0880!
"We see a massive demand from mid-sized and smaller companies in the area of VoIP, but the high price of operating a soft switch, termination network, billing system, and the related staffing is typically outside the cost effective range for these service providers. Our program is designed to be a economical and efficient solution for these providers, enabling them to begin offering VoIP to their clients quickly and without a large investment of their time or money; We offer companies a way to sell enhanced communications service without the cost of investment in new systems or the learning curve or time to market problems while allowing the companies to retain ownership of their customers unlike reseller models from other voice providers," commented Steven Ivester CEO VoIP, Inc.
Under the Agreement, VoIP Inc. will supply their proprietary (MTA's) Multimedia Terminal Adaptor W/ router function from its wholly owned subsidiary, VoIP Solutions Inc.
