Vocalscape Corporate Update: Vocalscape Expands Their Sales Force from East to West16 February 2006
Vocalscape Networks, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VOSC) announced today that the company hired 2 new sales executives expanding their sales force in the West Coast and the East Coast. Vocalscape is an emerging developer of next generation Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) products and Telephony solutions. Vocalscape is proud to announce the expansion of their sales force on the East Coast and on the West Coast. The following 2 executives have joined our seasoned team: Chris Fuller, BA, Senior Sales Associate East Coast for Vocalscape Networks Inc. Chris has over 10 years experience in sales and client management. Chris has experience with start-up firms and larger organizations such as Liberty Brokerage. Most notably his contribution to Advent Software Inc, a publicly traded technology company, spanned for 7 years, servicing clients and heading up relationships with Merrill Lynch, HSBC, Bank of America, UBS, and various other financial institutions and regional accounting firms. His strong background and understanding of client management, sales, and the technology industry will be a key asset in the expansion of Vocalscape's presence in North America. Chris experienced several mergers and acquisitions as a member of the originating technology firms that became part of Advent in the late 1990's. Chris Fuller works within the New York office of Vocalscape and handles U.S. sales leads. Lance Cameron, Senior Sales Associate West Coast for Vocalscape Networks Inc. Lance has over 20 years in business operations, management, and sales. Lance Cameron began one of the first Centrex hoping systems which grew into voice-over frame relay with 27,000 subscribers in Canada. The firm UTN (Unlimited Telecom Network), started in the early 1990's and over a 2 year period became a multi-million dollar company. Following the sale of UTN for an undisclosed amount, Lance began to pursue entrepreneurial ventures in Canada and Greece. Within Greece, Lance opened the 4th Telecommunications Company during deregulation and is still operational today as Hellasfon. Lance's entrepreneurial nature and understanding of the industry is a key asset in the setting-up of business models and proposals for our clients who want to become a telecommunication firm like UTN or Hellasfon. "The strength of these two key sales executives will allow for Vocalscape Networks to handle the high-volume of requests to open VoIP businesses in this growing industry and enable the increase in marketing efforts online and offline. The achievement of success in any company depends upon the people, and I have confidence after 2 months of training and working with these two sales executives that they are an invaluable contribution to the commercialization of our technology and growth strategy moving forward," said Ryan Gibson, VP of Sales and Marketing.
