Veraz Networks Appoints New VP for Latin America24 January 2005
Mr. Linares has an extensive executive and sales management background; he has spent nearly 20 years at top tier telecommunications organizations in both Latin America and the United States. Before Veraz, Carlos was the Corporate Officer and President of Inter-Networking Solutions where he was responsible for all of Lucent's Caribbean and Latin American operations including 8,000 employees. He also served at Lucent as the Vice President of Sales for the CALA region where he grew their revenue from $150 million to over $1 billion in a three year period. Prior to Lucent, Mr. Linares worked at various roles in sales management, human resources, and quality management at AT&T for 13 years.
