Ultra-Portable, Global “Plug & Play” VoIP25 September 2005
Touch Group plc, UK’s most useful online search directory, today announced an exclusive distribution agreement with i2Telecom International, Inc. (“i2Telecom”) (OTCBB:ITUI), an emerging leader in Voice-over Internet Protocol (VoIP) products and services. Under the agreement, Touch Group will offer its consumer and business customers i2Telecom’s ultra-portable, global “plug and play” VoIP product, VoiceStick™, under the joint brand name, Touch/VoiceStick™. Purchasers of the Touch/VoiceStick™ will immediately be able to make low-cost, long-distance VoIP telephone calls over the Internet by converting any laptop or PC into a VoIP telephone when they insert the ultra-portable, global “plug and play” device into any USB port. With i2Telecom’s patent-pending i2Bridge™, Touch Group’s customers will be able to access VoiceStick™ for greatly enhanced cost-savings and other features.
Touch Group’s online search directory, www.touchlocal.com, is the most useful online search destination in the UK as it provides a local site for every UK city and results for every postcode. 2.4 million small businesses are already listed in TouchLocal’s directory, getting access to 4.5 million visitors a month. The agreement with i2Telecom means that both consumers and small business users of TouchLocal will be able to get access to plug and play broadband telephony from an established UK company.
The Online Marketing Alliance calls for the newly co-branded Touch/VoiceStick™ Powered by i2Telecom to be directed towards all the Touch Group sites, with extensive marketing support throughout both online and offline media placement.

The VoiceStick, which was developed primarily for mobile professionals, military personnel, students and others who can benefit from VoIP “portability”, allows users to extend the cost savings to their mobile phones using the low-cost rate plans available on the company’s website at www.voicestick.com .
