Spanlink Names Michael Stack VP of Sales, Central Region; Company Hires Avaya Veteran Executive; Expands Sales Leadership Team28 July 2005
Spanlink Communications, a leader in customer interaction solutions that leverage VoIP technology, today announced the appointment of Michael Stack as vice president of sales for the central region.
Stack brings more than 25 years of sales and management experience in the communications industry to Spanlink. He will manage the direct sales force in central region states spanning from South Dakota to Ohio to Louisiana and Texas. Stack's focus is to direct Spanlink's central region account management team to expand its customer base in this region while driving customer satisfaction and profitability for Spanlink.

Prior to joining Spanlink, Stack held a number of sales management positions at Avaya Inc. As area sales manager, Stack handled all sales for Avaya Infrastructure, Applications and Services products for Minnesota and North Dakota. Previously, Stack held sales management position with Quintus Corporation, a Computer Telephone Integration (CTI) and multi media customer interaction contact center software provider, until it was acquired by Avaya. Stack also held sales management positions at Norstan, EIS International, Data Plus, Tel-Line Systems, Votrax, Precision Software, Inc. and Bourroughs Corporation (Unisys).
