Raptor Networks Technology Inc Announces Settlement of Legal Dispute

Raptor Networks Technology, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: RPTN - News), announced the settlement of a legal dispute in the case of Shapiro vs. Raptor Networks Technology, Inc. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.

Tom Wittenschlaeger, Chief Executive Officer of Raptor Networks, commented, "Raptor is pleased to bring this matter to a close in a manner that has no material impact on the company. The resolution of this dispute was satisfied almost exclusively through consideration to be paid by the Company's founders."
