Pingo Takes PrePaid International Calling Card Service Global17 August 2005
Pingo™, the prepaid calling card service of iBasis (OTCBB: IBAS), now has Pingo International Access. This new feature of the popular web-based prepaid calling service will enable subscribers and their friends and family members to take advantage of Pingo’s low prepaid international calling rates even when calling from outside the United States.
Pingo International Access numbers are currently available in nine countries: Mexico, Canada, Israel, Russia, Poland, Colombia, the Netherlands, Australia, and New Zealand. Pingo subscribers can now make international calls even when outside the U.S. from both landline and mobile phones in these countries simply by dialing local Pingo access numbers. Pingo subscribers can use the International Access service when traveling, as well as to share their Pingo account with friends and family in those countries.
