Payless Communication Holdings, Inc. Announces New Trading Symbol16 April 2005
Payless Communication Holdings, Inc. today announced its new trading symbol on the Over-the-Counter Market, "PCNH." Previously the Company traded under the symbol of (OTC:SOAP - News).
As mentioned in an earlier press release, the change of the Company's name will not affect in any way the validity of current outstanding stock certificates, nor will it be necessary for the Company's stockholders to surrender or exchange any stock certificates that they currently hold as a result of the name change.
Payless Telephone Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary, intends to offer consumers -- both residential and business -- an economical alternative with savings over Bell South and Verizon's market rates. The company intends to additionally offer DSL, Dial Up Internet, 1(+) long distance. In addition, Payless Telephone Company is planning to provide consumers with a VoIP Telephony solution.
Within the residential and business environment our plan calls for marketing to a niche Ethnic market that has family and friends overseas so that the company may provide basic telephony services throughout the entire United States.
