ONIT Upgrades Softswitch to Version 5.0 - Enabling Enhanced Features for Corporate VoIP Customers11 July 2005

Version 5.0 enhances client management tools, enabling ONIT to streamline customer support and trouble resolution. Voice Mail to Email Notification via Web Portal -- Feature enables customers to use the web portal to forward voice mail to any designated email address. Non-DID User Login and Web Portal Access -- Users without Direct Inward Dialing enabled now enjoy a simplified login process and access to the web portal for call and voicemail management. Phone In/Out of Service -- Enabled call features remain operational whether the IP phone is in or out of service. Export Call Log -- Call logs can now be exported to other software programs to provide more control and better call management. Activate Billing Codes within Call Log -- Feature simplifies the code tracking/billing process.
