One Connect IP Signs Agreement to Acquire NSI Communications11 September 2005
One Connect IP, a leading regional Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service provider, today announced it has signed an agreement to acquire NSI Communications LLC, a provider of VOIP services in the Idaho and Utah markets. One Connect IP, a privately held company headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, currently serves business and residential customers throughout the Mountain West Region.
