Nomad International Inc., a VoIP Technology Provider, Announces Management Changes21 June 2005
Nomad International Inc. (OTC: NDIN) announced today that it has accepted the resignation of Mr. Joseph Weaver as President and Chief Operating Officer, as a result of fundamental management differences. The board of directors thanks Mr. Weaver for his service to the Company and wishes him continued success.
The Company has appointed Mr. Robert Fraser as a business consultant while in search of a new President for the company. Mr. Fraser is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Broadband Internet Telecommunications & Equipment, Inc. He is in charge of building the strategic relationships for his company and organizing all aspects of the operations and sales channels. The company is a leader in the field of Voice over Internet Protocol.
Mr. Fraser was Chief Operating Officer of Corinex Communications Corporation, where he was in charge of all aspects of the operations of a 200 employee electronics and system integration company with offices in Bratislava, Slovakia, Vancouver, Canada and Sunnyside, California. His responsibilities included overseeing the bidding and fulfillment of network build contracts and their financing for large network providers in Eastern Europe.
Mr. Fraser ran and operated GWP Enterprises, a sales agency for AT&T Canada, selling the AT&T products and services around the province of British Columbia. As part of his job, he hired and trained sales and telemarketing staff and co-coordinated orders with AT&T and customers. He was trained on the AT&T network in order to teach sales employees the technical details of the AT&T services. Mr. Fraser also ran the financial matters of the agency and reported on all agency matters to AT&T Canada.
