New Global Telecom Announces General Availability of 6DegreesIP v4.02 May 2006
New Global Telecom (http://www.ngt.com), the leading provider of wholesale hosted VoIP solutions and outsourced network management, has announced the release of version 4.0 of its 6DegreesIP branded suite of VoIP voice products. The product suite is available to service providers offering retail solutions to business and residential customers.
6DegreesIP v4.0 incorporates an enhanced Trunk Replacement product that replaces traditional PRI and T-1 trunks, and converges voice and data circuits seamlessly which ultimately allows businesses to reduce their communications expense. In addition, v4.0 includes several new features and major upgrades, such as Instant Group Call (IGC) for PBX-like paging functionality, Hoteling Service for businesses with mobile workers, and an E911 pre-sales validation utility, which allows service providers to verify 911 coverage from within the online 6DegreesIP Resource Center.
