NCI Datacom to Offer Ecuity's V-Tone Network Platform; Long-term Reseller Agreement Brings VoIP Capabilities3 August 2005
Ecuity, Inc., (OTCBB: ECUI.OB), a Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP) communications company delivering solutions for the small-to-medium-sized business and residential markets, today announced a long-term reseller agreement with NCI Datacom Services. NCI Datacom, based in Omak, Washington, is a premier provider of broadband Internet, networking and web hosting services.
NCI Datacom will immediately begin transitioning their business and residential customers to Ecuity's next generation V-Tone(TM) network platform of enhanced voice services. The V-Tone(TM) network will allow NCI customers to call anyone, anywhere, anytime with a network that leverages the advantages of VoIP and integrates with traditional telephone networks to help customers make calls.
This agreement provides NCI resellers with a broader range of customizable features and capabilities as well as custom service options. Ecuity offers NCI Datacom private-label branding and comprehensive online Web-based systems for setting up new accounts, provisioning, phone number approvals and assignment and updating customers' accounts.
