MIND Announces Contract Wins With the Sentori Product and Team

MIND C.T.I. LTD. (NASDAQ: MNDO), a
leading provider of scalable and cost-effective end-to-end billing and
customer care solutions for VoIP, Mobile, 3G and Triple-play carriers
worldwide, today announced multi-year Sentori contracts with Pulse Mobile
(GTA Wireless), Indigo Wireless and two unnamed cellular operators. In
August 2005, MIND acquired Sentori, Inc., a leading provider of customer
care and billing solutions to wireless carriers and mobile virtual network
operators (MVNOs).

Pulse Mobile is an innovative, full-service communications company based in
Guam and provides telephony, broadband, wireless and will soon offer cable
services. Sentori will perform postpaid, prepaid, ISP and long distance
billing for Pulse Mobile's GSM and TDMA networks. Mr. Andrew Gayle, VP/GM
of Pulse Mobile, remarked, "The main reason we chose Sentori was that they
have proven experience with GSM and with our network switch vendor." He
continued by stating, "Sentori also has a proven track record of delivery
and excellent references in the wireless billing industry. Sentori's team
is hard working and responsive and we are looking forward to working with
the team now and in the future."

Indigo Wireless is based in Pennsylvania and services GSM & TDMA
subscribers in six counties in Northern Pennsylvania. Dave Tews, Indigo's
General Manager stated, "Sentori's trademark Billing and Customer Care
solution is a robust, easy-to-use billing platform. The managed services
solution that Sentori proposed to us provided us with very flexible options
and met our budgeting requirements well."

Two more carriers chose Sentori's billing platform after a rigorous
selection process. Mr. Danny Engle, Sentori's VP Sales, North America,
commented, "What attracted these operators to our solution was the fact
that we have eleven years of experience in the wireless billing industry,
have a proven track record of on-time and within-budget deployments. A key
differentiator for one of the customers was that Sentori's CCB platform
could be supported by only two full-time resources."
