Ipsosoft Launches Next-Generation VoIP Services to Telecom Service Providers over Broadband12 March 2005
Ipsosoft(R), a next-generation communications provider, announced today the launch of feature-rich voice over IP (VoIP) services to telecom service providers over broadband to international markets. Using the NetCentrex MyCall(R) communications solution, this service provides cost-effective, turnkey voice solutions and managed tools and infrastructure that enable service providers to launch value-added communications services with minimal capital outlay.
The initial deployment brings enhanced voice services to telecom service providers in Canada, establishing an ASP model enabling these telecom service providers to resell under their branding from Ipsosoft's central facility. Future expansion is planned to other international markets. In a second phase, Ipsosoft plans to bring video solutions to its clients, becoming one of Canada's first service providers to offer a triple play solution of converged voice, video and data to its broadband customer base.
