IPcelerate Names Chief Operating Officer

IPcelerate, Inc., a provider of advanced communications-based software applications, announced today the addition of Laurent Therivel to IPcelerate's executive management team. Therivel was named Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for the company's business operations including sales, customer support and financial oversight.

Therivel has held key management positions in both the private and military sectors. Most recently, Therivel was a management consultant with Bain and Company, one of the world's leading telecommunications consulting firms. Prior to Bain, Therivel was a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, where he supervised the operation of telecommunications and information systems, and was responsible for the implementation of the Defense Messaging System.
