Interlink Global to Provide VoIP Telephony Services In a Joint Venture26 March 2005
Interlink Global Corp., (OTC:ILKG) ("Interlink") today, along with TSD Telecomunicaciones of Guatemala City, Guatemala, announced the creation of a partnership to sell Interlink's VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services in Guatemala and in southern Florida.
Interlink Global Corp., a pioneer in international VoIP services, is currently providing long distance communication to corporations, professional associations, defense contractors, financial services providers, call centers, and property management companies, as well as to the general public.
Under the terms of the agreement, TSD will provide Guatemalan DID (Direct Inward Dialing) numbers and terminations to Interlink. Interlink will provide support in the form of: CPEs (Customer Premise Equipment), Miami, Florida DID (Direct Inward Dialing) numbers, long distance connectivity and hosting services.
This partnership builds on Interlink's strategy to offer hosted VoIP solutions to partners globally; enabling such partners to expedite their time to market while benefiting from outsourcing their deployments to Interlink Global which has the technical expertise, robust back-office, and worldwide network to support multiple services on a single platform.
"Interlink will manage all the back office operations, technical support, billing etc., while our partner, TSD, can concentrate on sales and marketing in Guatemala and southern Florida," according to Severino Rivano, Vice-President of Marketing at Interlink.
