i2Telecom Announces Partnership with Internet Phones International29 January 2005
i2Telecom International, Inc. (OTCBB: ITUI), an emerging leader in voice/data communications technology for the Internet, including Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services, today announced that it has entered into a reseller agreement that authorizes Internet Phones International, LLC (IPI) to private label the VoiceStick(TM) under the RedDotHot brand (www.RedDotHot.com). The reseller agreement was negotiated under i2Telecom's new Virtual VoIP Network Enabler (VVNE) program, whereby companies can private label and resell i2Telecom's products and services without having to invest in their own VoIP infrastructure. IPI has agreed to an initial order of 5,000 VoiceStick(TM) devices, which will be shipped within the next 30 days.
