Global Aerial Surveillance (OTC: GARS), ispleased to announce that it has changed its name to BicoastalCommunications, Inc. The new name reflects the company's focus on thetelecommunications industry, which was previously disclosed in a releasedated November 2005. The company will continue to operate as Global AerialSurveillance pending completion of a proposed acquisition.
Hale Hitchcock, CEO of Bicoastal Communications stated, "This change is inresponse to a shift in the company's focus from the UAV industry intotelecommunications."
