Ecuity to Launch National V-Tone Home TM Residential VoIP Service21 December 2004
Starting January 3rd, 2005, individuals and homes across the country with
high-speed Internet (cable, DSL and wireless) will be able to take advantage
of Ecuity's enhanced broadband phone services at significant cost-savings.
Customers will be able to keep their current phone numbers or choose a number
within specific area codes. Advanced features within Ecuity's V-Tone Home
packages include:
- Caller ID, call blocking, call forwarding and three way calling
- Free voicemail
- Low international rates
- Unlimited calls anywhere in the continental U.S.
- Automatic call forwarding
- No contract
- Optional addition of Ecuity's Smart Call(TM) software to extend V-Tone
services to laptops or Pocket PC-compatible cell phones and PDAs for
making mobile voWiFi (Voice over Wi-Fi) calls.
