Ditech Communications to Hold Conference Call on Thursday, November 17, 2005

Ditech Communications Corporation (Nasdaq: DITC) announced today that it will hold its quarterly conference call on Thursday, November 17, 2005. President and CEO Tim Montgomery and Chief Financial Officer Bill Tamblyn will conduct the briefing to discuss its fiscal 2006 second quarter financial results for the period ended October 31, 2005.
