Centillium Communications Appoints New Vice President of Marketing18 July 2005
Centillium Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:CTLM), a leading provider of broadband access solutions, today announced the appointment of Didier Boivin as vice president of marketing.

Mr. Boivin brings to Centillium more than 25 years of entrepreneurial and multinational company experience in the telecommunications and semiconductor industries. In addition, he has extensive knowledge of the broadband access and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) markets. Prior to joining Centillium, Mr. Boivin was president of Metanoia Technologies, a VDSL semiconductor company. He was also president and CEO of 3DSP, Inc., a DSP IP company and CEO of VoicePump, Inc., a VoIP solutions provider. Previously, he was general manager of North American operations at Alcatel Microelectronics. In addition, Mr. Boivin held various marketing and engineering positions at Rockwell Semiconductor Systems, TRT France and Alcatel Telic. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Ecole Centrale d'Electronique in Paris and his Executive M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Dallas.
