Buzz Technologies, Inc. Provides Quarterly Report and AT&T U-verse TV to Include Content from MTV Networks and BET Networks Program Services

AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T), MTV Networks and BET Networks recently announced a distribution agreement to deliver MTVN and BET linear, high-definition, on-demand and digital music programming as part of the AT&T U-verse TV(SM) channel lineup. "The MTV Networks and BET Networks brands are among the strongest in television," said Dan York, head of programming, AT&T Operations, Inc. Alltel's (NYSE: AT) board of directors recently declared regular quarterly dividends on the company's common stock. The 12 1/2 cent dividend is payable Oct. 3, 2006, to stockholders of record as of Sept. 8, 2006. Regular quarterly dividends also were declared on all series of the company's preferred stock. Preferred dividends are payable Sept. 15, 2006, to stockholders of record as of Aug. 25, 2006.
