Bicoastal Communications, Inc. (OTC: GARS) ispleased to announce that the company is currently involved in mergernegotiations with a wireless communications company. The name of thecompany cannot be disclosed at this time. Upon acceptance of a Letter ofIntent to acquire the company and merge, the name and more detailsregarding the company will be announced.

Hale Hitchcock, CEO of Bicoastal Communications, stated, "As previouslydisclosed in prior press releases, the company is pursuing a strategy ofexpansion into various areas of wireless and VoIP communications. Thismerger, if it is accepted, will solidly position the company in the spaceand provide added value for shareholders."
