ASC Seeks Resellers For New VoIP Recording Solution14 December 2004
ASC (www.asctelecom.com), a leading provider of performance improvement solutions for contact centers, financial institutions, and public safety and government organizations, today announced it is looking for new resellers to promote and distribute its EVOip software. ASC will offer free training together with sales, marketing and technical support to enable resellers to immediately benefit from the additional revenue opportunities. The solution works with leading VoIP solutions, supports enterprise-wide applications and is currently tested and approved for Alcatel, Avaya, Cisco, Mitel, NEC, Nortel and Siemens.
Günther Müller, Chairman and CEO of ASC, said, “I am excited about the opportunities EVOip presents to resellers because its capabilities are unsurpassed, and mostly undeveloped, by any of our competitors. Once again, our company is leading the way in recording solutions, in this case for an entirely new and rapidly expanding mode of communications. Products such as EVOip result from our commitment to re-invest 15 percent of our revenues in research and development. We are eager to provide re-sellers EVOip to promote its capabilities as widely as possible."
EVOip categorizes calls by selected parameters such as date, start/end time, call duration, channel or IP address; and then stores them on the company's server. A browser-based graphic interface allows users to play back, archive or email recordings. The system provides an easy-to-install, feature-rich, plug-and-play solution.
Through ASC's WEBplay and POWERplay applications, the user may perform search-and-replay through any browser, with nearly unlimited online storage and archiving on DVDs.
