'Aspect Communications CEO Address on 'Voice Over IP and the Future of Customer Care'

Aspect Communications Corporation , a leading provider of enterprise customer contact solutions, announced today that at this week's Internet Telephony Conference & Expo in Miami, Fla., President and CEO Gary Barnett will speak about the implications of workforce globalization, rising customer expectations, technology convergence and the rapid pace of technological change as voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) grows in popularity as the communications channel of choice for contact centers. He will deliver a keynote address, "VoIP and the Future of Customer Care," on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. EST at the Hyatt Regency, 400 South East Second Ave.

Hollie Moran, Aspect product marketing manager, will also address conference attendees during a breakout session tomorrow from 12 to 12:45 p.m. EST.
